After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase including the availability. If the product is not in stick, the pre-order time frame of 1 to 3 weeks apply.

Delivery Times: While we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and may vary. TeckLife is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.

Risk of Loss: All risk of loss for products purchased from TeckLife passes to you once the items are delivered to the carrier.

TeckLife offers a returns and refunds policy in compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) and Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand).

Return shipping: Returningthe product back to TeckLife is buyers responsibility including shipping or drop off at the registered address.
