Orders & Payments

1. How can I place an order on Tecklife.co.nz?

Orders can be placed directly on our website. Simply select the product, choose your preferred delivery or pick-up option, and complete checkout with your payment details.

2. What payment methods does Tecklife accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods available during checkout.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact Tecklife customer service as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Does Tecklife offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver across New Zealand. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

2. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes! During checkout, select the “Pick Up” option. Your invoice will include the pick-up details.

3. Where is the pick-up location?

The indicative pick-up location is Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland. Exact details are on your invoice.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method chosen. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 weeks.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is Tecklife’s return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

2. How do I return a product?

You can either drop off at the pick-up location or use a courier. Shipping the product back is buyer's responsibility.  

3. Are all products eligible for returns?

Certain items, such as personalized products or opened electronics, may not be eligible. Check with customer service before returning.

Warranty & Product Support

1. How long is the warranty on Tecklife products?

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

3. How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact customer service with your order number and product details. Products can be returned to the pick-up location or sent via courier.

4. Can I view or test a product before purchasing?

Yes, you can request a viewing or testing appointment. Our customer service team will arrange a suitable time.
